VWA COMMUNITY FRIDGE

The Community Fridge installed by us including the one in conjunction with the Rotary Club of North End is accessed by many needy and poor people. The donors and recipients have increased in number over a period of years and we receive many prospective people who are willing to implement the concept in their areas also. The concept of Community Fridge of VWA has reached many places in India i.e. in Kolkata, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Assam etc. and several like minded groups (NGO’s) has taken up the project in their own areas and installed fridges. Our project has been again highlighted by the media and several videos and interviews has been made viral including on BBC Hindi and TV9 channel and the concept has received a lot of appreciation. We are in the process of installing more fridges in the near future.
